Something to consider whether Democrat or Republican
Dear Fellow Christians,
Wouldn’t it be a great testimony if Christians stepped up in 2025 to ensure no child goes hungry? The media is telling the country that conservatives are cutting programs that subsidize food to hungry children. Although the cuts appear to be to bureaucratic waste, let’s step up as Christians to assure that this is the best year ever for meeting the needs of hungry children in the USA. Christians and conservatives are being portrayed falsely as haters and people who are heartless toward the poor. The opposite is true! Statistically, Christian conservatives give far more than any other political or religious group anywhere. We are givers!
Christians, let’s make a statement by donating to the charity of your choice that feeds the poor. I am personally giving to a local Christian charity because I want my gift in 2025 to be for the USA. I give to other nonprofits that meet needs internationally, but I want this gift to be a testimony to Jesus Christ and His example of feeding the poor. I am providing Scriptures below that assure me that giving to the poor is an effort after Christ’s own heart. You may already be doing this, but I realized that my donations were largely feeding children in other countries- a good thing but this year I am focusing on America with my prayers and gifts. To God be the glory!
